Hey everyone! Happy Sunday!
I know this isn’t a photography post but I love everything having to do with beauty so here’s my favorite skin care products! I even left links how nice am I? (:
There are definitely many face washes that you can buy from the drug store, but my face is really sensitive and nothing seems to help so I like to invest in more pricey face washes like Mary Kay! This is a face wash and lotion duo that I use once a day. I also want to try out Proactive so I will be sure to give my review on that when it happens.
2. Lotion + Shaving cream
Baby lotion? YES baby lotion! I know there are all sorts of body lotions out there and as much as I wish this weren’t true, the nicer they smell the more they aren’t really helping your skin. I also love using EOS shaving cream, it is fabulous!
3. Masks + Toner Water
Lush sells things other than bath bombs.. crazy right? Well I bought this toner water which basically hydrates dry skin and just helps you feel refreshed and healthy! Super cheap and super long-lasting. I also love buying different face masks, and no certain brand is important to me, anything that has honey, seaweed, or avocado in it seems to do the trick for me personally. So I recommend trying different ones and figuring out what ingredients benefit your skin the most!
4. Maui Babe coffee scrub + Lotion
These are by far my favorite products, they are a little pricey but well worth it. Coffee scrub is becoming more popular and I wanted to see what the big deal was about it. Well, needless to say it is extremely amazing and leaves your skin SO soft. If you hate coffee: 1. what’s wrong with you? 2. don’t buy this product.
and the lotion is to apply at the end of the day when you’ve been in the sun for a long period of time.
(found at ULTA)
5. Nivea Men Post-Shave Balm
I wanted to share this although it isn’t necessarily skin care. This is my replacement for primer during the makeup process. I do love primers but this works way better than most. Primer is used to be put on your face before you apply foundation and it helps your skin hold the makeup, avoids getting dirt and oil into pores, and moisturize. This is a good replacement because it does the job of primer and is WAY cheaper and found at any walmart or target.
I hope this was informative! More blogs like this to come!
